We are about 3 1/2 weeks into my lifestyle change and things are going ok.  My motivation to workout is non existent.  This month is full of excuses.......this week alone I have 7 basketball games in 8 days.  This means I need to workout in the mornings, but have not motivated myself to do that.

I have about 5 weeks left of basketball and if I keep developing good eating habits, when I start to get after it on the workout side of things this spring I will really see my gains.  I am 18 pounds down from January 5th, but there is an asterisk because of the stomach flu.

Time to crank it up!  #beastmode #riseandgrind
