One week down and I lost about 12 lbs.  This is a little bit inflated because I had the stomach flu on Friday.  Although I did replace a lot of the weight lost with fluids, there was still a bit of a difference.  I am eating right and starting to feel good.  But, I have not been able to achieve the exercise goals I have set for myself.  When I can consistently commit working out every day I know I will reach my goals.  I still want to be down 25lbs by Feb. 2.  Let's do this!  #grind
